Data flow
A job is created from a contact, entered manually or follows on from a conversation.
The job is assigned a technician, schedule, price list and operational context.
Work, materials, expenses, travel and operational notes are recorded in the job details.
The same data produces documents, PDF outputs and information for the customer.
The system builds invoicing on completed data, rather than manual re-entry.
Management monitors KPIs, auditing and job performance in the dashboard and reports.

DISPO+ 2.0 connects jobs, technicians, work reports and materials with TECHNIK PC 1.0, TECHNIK Android 1.0 and DISPO Mobil 1.0.
TECHNIK PC 1.0 and TECHNIK Android 1.0 give technicians their assigned jobs and work records. DISPO Mobil 1.0 gives an authorised manager a company overview and a personal work area. All connect to the main DISPO+ 2.0 application.
Switch language in the desktop apps, both Android apps and the website. The interface, guides and legal documents are translated, and the documents are also available offline in the apps. Your team can use the same system in different languages. Your own notes, messages and material names stay as entered.
The materials module connects the catalog, purchase and sale prices, and material use on jobs. Additions include imports, product searches by name or EAN, and pricing information from stores. Materials recorded by technicians on a PC or phone connect with job approval and billing.
Technicians record work, materials and related expenses for their jobs on a PC or phone. Records are sent to the main DISPO application for the dispatcher to review and approve. Work information no longer needs to be retyped from separate notes.
The dispatcher and assigned technicians exchange messages, instructions and tasks in the context of the job. Work information stays in one place for the office and the team in the field.
Track funds handed over, material purchases, returned money and retained advances alongside the technician and job. The dispatcher approves a technician’s proposed settlement in the main DISPO application.
Bill a job progressively based on completed work and materials used. Customer deposits, issued invoices and received payments stay connected. Financial overviews help you track what has been invoiced and what remains to be paid.
After pairing and loading data, technicians can record work offline. Synchronisation sends the records to the main DISPO application for processing.
Technician work connects with a work-report calendar, earning rates, advances and payouts. A monthly overview shows time worked, earnings and the remaining amount, with settlement history retained. The dispatcher has information to review the team, while technicians can see their own work.
