DISPO+ software licence terms

These terms govern the use of DISPO+ desktop software for job records and management, work planning, documents, invoicing, communication and other operational administration. They explain clearly what the licence covers and how the software may be used.

1. Product and licence definition

DISPO+ is licensed software intended primarily for smaller companies, service businesses, installation work, sole traders and teams that need an overview of jobs, deadlines, documents, invoicing and related operations. The software may be offered in several options, particularly DISPO+ SOLO and DISPO+ TEAM.

A licence grants permission to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the program as a whole; separate statutory and licensing rights in included components remain unaffected. DISPO+ remains the provider's copyrighted work, and the user receives only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within the scope of the chosen licence, trial or individual agreement.

2. Scope of permitted use

The licence is for the customer's or its organisation's own internal use. The user may use the software for normal company operations, job management, planning, document records, communication and related administration.

• The licence does not permit resale, rental, sublicensing or providing the software to third parties beyond the agreed scope.
• Without the provider's consent, the software may not be presented as your own product or used as part of another commercial offering to other parties.
• The permitted scope may vary according to the licence type, number of users or devices, selected modules or other parameters stated in the offer or agreement.

3. SOLO, TEAM and trial options

DISPO+ SOLO is typically intended for individuals or smaller businesses where the system is used by one person or a very small group. DISPO+ TEAM is intended for multiple users, team management, roles, permissions, auditing and capacity coordination.

The trial version lets you assess the product's suitability. It may be limited in duration, functionality or scope. The provider may update trial terms according to the current development stage and commercial offering.

4. Installation, activation and licence protection

The software may require installation on the user's device, licence-key activation, entitlement verification, a trial mode or another form of authorisation. The provider may use proportionate technical measures to prevent unauthorised use or circumvention of licence terms.

A licence may be tied, for example, to a number of users, a particular device, an account, a business location or a combination of these parameters. The user must respect the scope to which the licence is tied.

5. Updates and product development

DISPO+ is actively developed software. The provider may fix defects, change individual features and controls, add modules or adjust the technical implementation to reflect product development and real operational needs.

• Not every update must be available for every historical version.
• The scope of support and updates may vary according to the licence type, service arrangement or individual agreement.
• Some future features, integrations or extensions may become available only in later versions or under a different licensing arrangement.

6. Support and communication

Technical and operational support is provided to a reasonable extent according to the provider's capacity, the licence and the request. The provider does not guarantee continuous immediate support, but aims for clear, prompt communication, particularly about activation, licensing, installation and normal application use.

7. User obligations

• Protect access credentials, licence keys and the devices on which the software runs.
• Use the software in accordance with the law and these terms.
• Back up your data and documents regularly.
• Do not circumvent licence protection, crack the software, make unauthorised modifications or reverse engineer it beyond what the law expressly permits.
• You are responsible for the data you enter into the system and your authority to process it.

8. User data and responsibility for its contents

The user is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of data entered into or processed through the software. This applies particularly to jobs, customers, documents, prices, materials and operational notes.

The provider recommends regular backups and ongoing checks of stored information. Personal data processing through the website, support or related communication is also governed by the GDPR.

9. Limitation of liability

The provider is responsible for supplying and developing the software with professional care appropriate to the product. However, it cannot assume liability for damage caused, for example, by incorrect user input, unsuitable deployment, missing backups, an incompatible environment, third-party outages or use contrary to documentation and recommended procedures.

DISPO+ supports operations and decision-making. The user remains responsible for the final review of data, documents, prices, contractual information and outputs used in its business activities.

10. Breach of terms and licence termination

If a user materially breaches these licence terms, the provider may restrict, suspend or terminate the licence. This does not affect its right to protect its copyright and property interests through other available legal remedies.

Material breaches include unauthorised software distribution, deliberate circumvention of licence protection, providing the software to third parties beyond the agreed scope or repeated use contrary to these terms.

11. Final provisions

The provider may reasonably update these licence terms to reflect the current product, licence options and related services. The current version is published on the website.

New wording is published on the website; its application to existing contracts is subject to the rules below and the law. For sales questions, licence offers or deployment, contact obchod@dispoplus.cz.

Statutory rights and component licences

These provisions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, particularly liability for intent or gross negligence. An obligation to check outputs or maintain backups does not by itself relieve the provider of liability for defects in its performance.

The lawful user's statutory rights remain, including necessary backups, error correction and interoperability to the extent permitted by law. Separate rights under third-party library licences, including open-source licences, take precedence over this licence's restrictions where applicable. A customer licence key is not evidence of the provider's commercial entitlements to included libraries.

Updating these texts does not by itself retrospectively change the agreed price, duration or licence scope. Changes to an existing contract must have a contractual or statutory basis. Necessary updates and defect rights are also governed by law, rather than solely by current support capacity.
