Cookies and technical features
Information about cookie use
The DISPO+ website uses technical features to support basic page operation, remember a visitor's choices and, where enabled by the website settings, measure visits. The exact scope may change over time with the website's technical implementation.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files stored in your browser, or similar technical features, that help a website remember settings, recognise a visit, or operate securely and reliably.
2. Which types of files may be used
- Essential technical features for basic website operation and remembering a visitor's choice.
- Functional features, where needed to make the website easier to use or support the behaviour of particular sections.
- Analytics or measurement features, where enabled on the website and accepted by the visitor under the current settings.
3. What the DISPO+ website currently uses
The consent choice is stored in the cookie dispoMarketingConsent for six months. Without explicit consent, this website does not load Google or Meta measurement scripts, or a measurement iframe for browsers without JavaScript. After consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel may be enabled according to the configuration; this does not guarantee anonymous measurement.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the “Withdraw measurement consent” button in the footer. The page reloads with measurement declined. Withdrawal does not undo previous processing or automatically delete provider cookies created earlier; you can remove those in your browser. After deleting cookies or changing devices, you need to make your choice again.
Your choice of Czech, English or German is stored in a separate functional cookie dispoSiteLanguage for one year. Switching language does not mean consenting to measurement, accepting legal terms or placing a paid order.
When you change language, your browser may temporarily retain an unfinished contact or community form in the current tab's storage. The draft is removed from that storage after the page is restored; switching language alone does not send it to the provider. If the draft cannot be retained safely, the language change is paused and the form contents remain on the page.
4. How to restrict use
You can restrict or delete cookies and local data in your browser. Deleting them may also remove stored choices, such as consent settings or website preferences.
5. Where to find more information
If you have a question about how the website works or uses cookies, you can email obchod@dispoplus.cz. General information about personal data processing is also available on the GDPR.
